Bob Walton
ChairmanBob has spent his entire career in media related Businesses. In senior management, or as a consultant, he has advised major media companies and sat on the Boards and Chaired more than two dozen businesses.
He has been Chairman of Accord since it was established. Bob and David Sitwell have been the partnership that has led the development of the Accord Group to become the successful, privately-owned enterprise it is today.
David Sitwell
CEO - www.davidsitwell.telDavid founded Conrad Advertising in 1988. The company became the UK's leading travel and tourism specialist agency and by 1999 following several acquisitions, Accord was formed with David as CEO.
Today, David is successfully leading a talented and hard-working executive team, through the economic and structural changes that the media industry is experiencing.
Peter Clark
Financial DirectorPeter's financial management skills play a key role in the quality of our governance, data and financial reputation, with our bankers (RBS), auditors (E&Y) and both suppliers and clients.
Scot Ryan

Vincent Sitwell
Group Media Director & Chief Executive Conrad AdvertisingAs Group Media Director, Vincent's focus is on the planning, development and implementation of our agencies’ strategies to gain the best return for our clients, from the Group’s relationships with the major on an offline media organisations.
Whilst maintaining these responsibilities, in June 2010 Vincent assumed the additional responsibility of Chief Executive of Conrad Advertising.
Colin Lock
Director of HRColin is a fellow of the CIPD. He manages all aspects of our HR, training, procurement and property services.
Sally Winfield
Non Executive and Director of Operations - MKH AdvertisingSally’s career includes the responsibility of Group Classified Director of Associated Newspapers and Managing Director of LOOT.
Today, as a successful management consultant and executive coach, she helps people maximise their skills in the fast-changing media world.
To Accord she offers strategic and objective advice, helping provide long-term vision and acting as a mentor to colleagues. Sally has most recently been devoting her skills to the role of Director of Operations at MKH, helping to implement the changes needed in a difficult recruitment advertising environment and to guide MKH to a positive future.
Steve Holder
Chief Executive - Artavia AdvertisingOriginally a Finance Director, Steve became Chief Executive of Artavia in 1994.
David Goodman
Managing Director - Conrad AdvertisingDavid’s international experience has included marketing roles in Paris and Milan before returning to London, where he became involved in interactive telephone services, then media and advertising, before joining Conrad as Managing Director in 2004.
David's responsibilities include introducing new clients to the agency and constantly improving the service levels and value offered to existing ones.
